Show Your Musical Talent & Win a Spot at the National Interlochen Summer Camp

Interlochen Center for the Arts is known around the world for its outstanding programs for students serious about sharpening their musical talents. The 6- 8 week program provides exposure and training for students interested in pursuing music and the arts.

Al McKenzie, CEO of In-Accord/AMAC Records, and a graduate of the Interlochen program is now providing scholarship opportunities for students interested in attending the national summer camp. Scholarships range up to $8,000.

Qualifications:

Junior High & High School Students
Students Should Submit the Following:

  • Two Representative Solo Works of Contrasting Style,
       Demonstrating Tone, Technical Facility & Interpretation
  • One Major Scale & One Minor Scale
  • Samples should forwarded as cassettes or CDs, no videotapes.

    CDs or cassettes must be labeled with student’s name, instrument, age, and selections performed.
    Deadline: January 30, 2008 (all materials must be postmarked by this date)
